Pallet is a platform used to collect and lift multiple packages. To arrange export packaging, it is necessary to start from the completely closed box. Size, mass and stacking limits determine whether the diagram can be used or not.
Confirm limits with parties
Confirm pallet size, maximum height, allowable load and unloading method with customer, warehouse and carrier. Limits may vary; Do not assume that one size is standard for all markets.
Make a diagram using the packed box dimensions

Use the outside dimensions of the box to create each layer. Check if the barrel has a protruding edge or a change in direction that reduces load support or makes it difficult to operate. The fixing method must be consistent with the approved diagram.
Review the bin and product together
Changing the number of boxes per box can change the weight and loading of the lower layer. If adding one layer causes the box to deform, you need to reconsider the plan even though the diagram shows that more can be stacked.
The FEFCO code helps to exchange the type of carton structure, without confirming the load-bearing capacity. The specific bin configuration should be tested according to the intended row and loading conditions.
Check pallet materials
For wooden pallets, confirm destination country quarantine requirements and ISPM 15 scope with the responsible party. Do not infer handling status from pallet appearance or manually add certification marks.
Approve the plan by trial case
Browse test cases, take photos of each layer and how to fix it. Record the lot code, stacking direction and post-inspection condition so the warehouse can be properly reproducible.
